Empowerment Network and City of Omaha, in collaboration with community partners, are working to provide opportunities for youth and young adults to gain valuable job training and work experience during the summer.
Sumer Training Employment Pathway & Urban Pipeline (STEP-UP) Omaha, recruits, trains and places prepared Omaha youth and young adults in mutually beneficial paid summer jobs and work experience opportunities.
Online application deadline is March 6. The program gives priority to families based on income. The number of positions is determined by the availability of the funding. Summer program starts June 5 and ends August 11.
