People are KEY to building a business. This is something that Martha Edith Hernandez knows by heart.
Her job is providing the educational support that entrepreneurs need to succeed in their efforts,
considering they must have a clear vision of the way they act upon clients and themselves.
It might sound like a complex concept, but it’s actually easier than it seems.
Martha Edith states that the power of intuition is vital for making the right business and corporate
decisions. Because of this, people should not underestimate it.
This is how she helps businesses so that its founders “can make the most of and potentiate their
intuition,” thus making decisions based on their instinct which “goes beyond logic and reason.”
“I’m a friendly and enthusiastic person who is fascinated by human behavior and how teams
communicate,” she said in her social media accounts.
She is a mentor and/or instructor in a program/project known as “Startup,” in which she promotes the
knowledge and managing of the M+M focus.
Startup Life Coach LLC is in charge of providing support to organizations and their founders so that they
can create and establish a sustainable business model, in Omaha and worldwide, by using the ‘Method
and Mindset’ model – M+M.
At Startup they believe that no matter how revolutionary a business plan or method is, that is not enough
to build a successful business, nor does it make it sustainable and scalable.
Martha Edith says that at Startup they believe that “people are key for building a business. However, only
people with the right mindset are made to be entrepreneurs.”
A key factor for the type of philosophy that Martha Edith promotes as a mentor at Startup is attitude, a
simple but paradoxically complex concept.
“We firmly believe that without the right attitude (a mentality of growth), no commercial strategy will be
enough for creating a sustainable business model,” she states.
During her time working under this focus, she has successfully trained over 200 people, providing them
with the tools needed for this business growth method.
This is done over several seminars. One of them is called “Tech talk to Exec talk.”
“For this seminar, I teach people how to talk with clients about the benefits of their product/service,
instead of trying to sell them on its technical features. The ‘executive talk’ part of this seminar is to help
them identify the key elements to present to their executive or client. They will learn about how to create a
narrative around the product/service.”
It is a fact that the United States economy is evolving into a digital services economy. This means that
companies must adapt or run the risk of becoming extinct.
Nowadays, services have become key to a company’s success. We only need to take a look at
companies like Uber and how it continues to grow by providing new services.
It is crucial that companies understand that a services economy is all about people and that the people
who are key for the success of a company are its employees and managers, the people who Martha Edith
helps to empower so that they can reach their business goals.
