The University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Public Health is conducting a survey of meat packaging plant workers to explore their perceptions and concerns related to coronavirus, COVID-19, a statement from the institution says.
The survey is aimed at meatpacking plant workers, is completely anonymous and can be filled online, in English or Spanish.
People who are not working at this time, but who are still employed in a meat processing facility are eligible to participate. You should also keep in mind that you must be over 19 years of age.
The university clarifies that no names, personal information, or the name of the plant where the respondent works are being collected. We recommend that this is an opinion poll that will only take you 10 minutes to answer. The risk of participating in the survey is almost zero.
The information collected can be used to improve educational resources, outreach and community services to help workers and their families who may be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
